Conveniently located within a short drive of the airport, this place is surrounded by shops where the owner gets a small commission from sales to tourists.

The medina is not easily accessible (poor transportation) although the hotel is only at 15 mins walking distance.

i would stay there again, liked the city and hotel. everything is fairly clean and perfect. the location is stunning and amazing, 15 minutes' walk to borj fez shopping mall. also, it is short walk to cafés in the are, which is perfect for those who want to explore the modern side of fez, and palais medina.

The breakfast here is delicious and offers a great variety of food.

Location close enough to the busier tourist areas and Medina and a main streets/ esplanade and a large shopping mall and McDonald's, which is perfect for those who want to explore the modern side of Fez. A wide array of food options at walking distance from the venue.

Very clean, the staff speak English have large garden setting and massive pool

Room service poorly presented and arrive cold after more than 1 hr, buffet breakfast also everything is cold, the water was turn itself off both days we stay there, this maybe due the hotel is brand new (not officialy open, only soft opening)

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a tasty breakfast, and the air conditioning worked great.

Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to a mall and a supermarket, as well as other restaurants. Great location to Batha. Also, to the CTM bus station of Fez.

Nice location , friendly staff , nice clean room

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a good stay experience. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide range of delicious options to start the day. the staff was generally friendly and the room service was prompt, ensuring a convenient stay.

There were some aspects that fell short of expectations. the service at the pool snack bar and the lounge bar was disappointingly slow, with long wait times for food and drinks.

Reasonable price for a 5 star hotel (promotion as it is new?). Beautiful swimmingpool, nice surroundings. Friendly personnel. Luxury atmosphere. The only hotel with both Medina as Nouvelle Ville within walking distance.

Not very well-trained personnel. Friendly, but inefficient. Even slight problems could not be solved (fresh cup of coffee at the pool, organizing a taxi -"our taxi-connection is ill"-, silencing too loud music at the pool, clashing against the balconies en sleepingrooms till late with ever the same score -"there is still a banquet in the house"), and so on. No one seems accountable, nobody dares to take responsability. Failure of the (top)management! They have to invest in modern Hotel HRM!

The hotel is real nice and clean. The rooms are big, so are the bathrooms. No complains. Always make reservation for the rooms overlooking the swimmingpool and de medina of Fes. The view is so nice!

The staff is ever so friendly, but at the moment a group of rich people from Casablanca come over to stay in the hotel, all the staff is focused on them and them alone. They still have to learn to be no to sumissive for rich people...

The hotel offered an upgrade to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The suite had two rooms and two bathrooms, perfect for our Christmas getaway. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the city and the pool area. The location was great, with a supermarket nearby for any necessities. We also appreciated the safe parking area provided.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. there was no kettle in the room, which was quite inconvenient.

Rooms, location and service at reception are great, waterpool is really required during July-August period in Fes.
